Steam in bag 4 minutes. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly until internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. 1. Place frozen unopened bag in microwave (steam vent side up). Do not pierce bag. 2. Cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes (Cooking times based on a 1200 watt microwave. Cooking time will vary with higher or lower microwave wattage.) to 165 degrees F. During cooking bag will slowly inflate. A vent will allow the steam to escape. 3. Let stand for 1 minute after cooking. 4. Product will be hot. Pick up bag at the top and open away from your body over serving dish. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers.
