Heating Instructions: 1. Remove chicken from pouch then mix with 1/2 the amount of sauce in a mixing bowl. 2. Remove tortillas from package and place on cutting board. 3. Divide chicken mixture between the 6 tortillas. 4. Roll tortillas and place side by side in baking dish. 5. Spread remaining sauce over the tops of rolled enchiladas then top with cheese. Microwave (Microwave ovens may vary; adjust cooking time as necessary): 6. Place paper towel over baking dish. 7. Heat on high for 4 minutes. Oven: 6. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. 7. Bake un-covered for approximately 35-40 minutes. Add Some Tasty Toppings & Sides: Grilled corn salad; Mexican corn pudding; Cilantro or Spanish rice; Refried beans; Jicama and mango slaw; Guacamole; Sour cream; Fresh cilantro; Salsa roja. Keep refrigerated.
